_____ Yes! Please enter my pets picture in the 2009 Photo Calendar Contest! I understand that a $5.00 donation is required for each photo submitted and that if I want my photo returned I must include an extra $1.75 for shipping and handling.
Release & Other Important Info:
- In submitting the photograph, you, the Submitter, affirm that you are the photographer of the submitted photograph, or have the permission of the photographer to release its use by Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc.
- Any photographs received may be used without further consent of, or compensation to Submitter in the creation of publications, signs, broadcasts, billboards, or any other media deemed appropriate by Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. for the promotion of furtherance of animals in general, in accordance with Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. mission.
- Any time a photograph is used by Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc., the photograph will be credited by way of a caption appropriate to the publishing medium. The credit will be given in accordance with the information submitted by the Submitter (below).
- The Submitter may, at any time, request that a photograph, or photographs no longer be used by Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. (this is a revocation of Photographer's Release). Such a request must be made in writing and sent via e-mail, or postal mail. Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. will not remove from print, airing or publication any photos that are already in use at the time of revocation, where such action would cause a financial hardship or damage to Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. After receipt of revocation, Precious Purrs & Paws, Inc. will not use the photo in the production of any new materials.
- Animal lovers, not photographers, will judge photos. Still, the nicer the picture (sharp, clear, well-lighted, interesting subject) the better your chances of its being used.
- Each submitter whose photo is selected for inclusion in the annual calendar will be entitled to a free copy of the calendar. There is no limit on the total number of photos you may submit, or that we may select for use, but you are only eligible to receive one free calendar per year. You ("Submitter") must be 18-years or older to submit photos.
